“at Home with Design” is not just a name it is a way of life for me, for I cannot feel at home without good design.

About Me

My photo
Pavni
An architect by profession and newly married after a whirlwind courtship I moved to Cambridge with my husband. Leaving behind my beloved Delhi, my home for over twenty five years. It was like switching from the technicolor 80's to a sedate black and white silent movie. I miss the colors, sounds and street food of Delhi. I acutely miss the warmth of my ancestral home, the lovely interiors I had so painstakingly worked on for years incorporating one-of-a-kind antiques with traditional Indian textiles and hand textured walls. Moving from that to a drab grey university apartment has been a complete shock to my system. On the other hand, it has provided me with a blank canvas that I can little by little fill with colors and I am determined to make the most of it. Come join me as I resuscitate myself and my apartment with a hefty dose of design and good food. “At home with design” is not just a name it is a way of life for me, for I cannot feel at home without good design.
